Conditions for Refunds

At Eleevate Overseas, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. However, as our offerings focus on career counselling, consultancy, and coaching/training for language and competitive exam preparations, the fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Exceptions are made only when:

  • Our company fails to start a course (not applicable for unavoidable instances).
  • A delay in starting the course exceeds a fortnight. A delay of up to two weeks will not be considered as “not starting.”

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the conditions for an exception, follow these steps to submit your refund request:

  1. Submit a written request: Send an email to refund@eleevateoverseas.com outlining the details of your refund request.
  2. Provide supporting documentation: Include any relevant documents to support your claim.
  3. Await acknowledgment: Our team will acknowledge your request within three business days.
  4. Review and processing: Allow up to 14 business days for us to review and process your refund.
  5. Refund issuance: If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
